Hey, I'm Adrienne!

And I know what it's like to live with chronic pain. For years, I struggled with joint pain, injuries, and anxiety due to having hypermobility syndrome.

I am an active person who loves to dance, hike, and move, but it felt like my chronic pain kept putting me on time-out.

My continuous search for answers led me to pursue a career in movement and pain management as a yoga and corrective exercise teacher with a background in massage therapy and holistic health.

Through science-based approaches, I discovered the vital role that strength, mobility, and the nervous system play in pain, and I no longer live with chronic pain!
