Join Adrienne Johnson, yoga teacher and holistic health practitioner, for this balancing yoga workshop to support your body and mind despite holiday stress. Cultivate calm and re-prioritize yourself for the afternoon on AwareWolf's rooftop yoga oasis in Old Town, Downtown San Diego.

This workshop will include:
- A calming pranayama (breath), practice
- A 60-minute yoga flow that will teach you how to challenge and navigate your balance while improving stability
- An extended prop-supported savasana
After savasana, we’ll practice a short guided meditation, followed by an opportunity for guided journaling and reflection. There will be two types of balancing herbal tea (caffeine-free) provided for your enjoyment. You will also receive a free eye pillow gift! Please BYOJ - bring your own journal ;)
