We know holidays can be a stressful time of year. If you’re feeling a bit frazzled this season, join Adrienne Johnson, 300-hr yoga teacher & holistic health practitioner, for this evening 90-minute workshop to release stress in body and mind!
Adrienne will lead you through some calming breathing practices, an all-levels grounding yoga flow, and a guided meditation. Hot tea will be served!
Please feel free to bring any yoga props to make your practice more comfortable. Adrienne recommends bringing your own blanket (or even two).
