Round two of our Energizing Chair Yoga will return this Saturday!
Join me, Adrienne, as we move through a series of seated and standing postures using the support of a chair. A great way to experience a more energizing yoga practice if you have wrist, shoulder, or knee injuries/sensitivies. Come move your body and breathe deeply!
This class will be one hour long, and is done through Zoom. Completely donation-based.

What you'll need:
An armless chair
A yoga strap (or a belt/scarf)
