About the class
Gentle chair yoga is back this Thursday evening!
This class will be a 45 minute seated movement class, using an armless chair. This is the perfect way to unwind from your day and get into a restful state so that you can sleep well! Gentle movements at the end of your day can really improve your overall sleep, and you'll wake up with less aches and more energy! Accessible for ALL bodies, and ALL people, this class will have a strong focus on deep breathing, meditation, and gentle stretches. Great for anyone with wrist, knee, or shoulder injuries.
This class is completely donation based, and will be done through Zoom!

What you'll need:
Blanket (to adjust your height in the chair)
Yoga strap - or a belt/scarf works too
