About the event

Do you find yourself feeling stiff or tight sitting at your computer desk all day? Hit a wall around 2pm? Adding movement to the middle of you day can be a great way to combat your afternoon slump.

Come join me on Zoom to move your body on your lunch break, every 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month. All you'll need is an armless chair! Class will begin with a short breath meditation, followed by mobility-based mindful movements all done with the support of a chair. Gain better mobility and balance, plus ease tension and stress!
