Dynamic Strength Yoga

MONDAYS  |  9:00-10:00 AM

Kick off your week with intentional movement in this strength-based, dynamic yoga flow designed to awaken your body and center your mind. This class blends traditional yoga poses with creative transitions and mobility exercises to challenge your balance, build resilience, and enhance physical and mental focus. Move through a core-focused warm-up leading up to a flow-based sequence of standing poses before winding down with some nice & easy stretches and finishing with a savasana (the final resting pose). Modifications and progressions offered.

 

Whether you want to reset after the weekend or set the tone for a productive week, this invigorating class will leave you feeling empowered, grounded, and ready to take on anything!

Strength & Mobility

THURSDAYS  |  4:30-5:15 PM

This circuit-based class blends mobility work with strength-based exercises and a bit of primal movement to challenge you to move in new and creative ways. Perform functional movement patterns designed to reduce stiffness, strengthen joints, and improve range of motion by exploring new joint positions so you can move better and feel stronger!

This is not your typical HIIT class—it’s not about how fast you can move or how many reps you can do. Mobility work requires muscular engagement and joint control, so the focus is on quality over quantity…making every rep a good rep!

 

*Modifications and progressions are provided. Great for people who often feel stiff and tight from workouts and anyone who wants to improve their flexibility and mobility.

Mobilize & Restore Yoga

THURSDAYS  |  5:30-6:30 PM

This class blends traditional yoga poses with therapeutic, mobility-based movements that will reduce tightness and stiffness, support joint health, and leave you feeling relaxed. Mindfully move through mostly floor-based sequences and the occasional standing posture before closing with longer held, restorative poses and savasana ~ the final resting pose. Props can be very helpful in this class. We recommend you bring a blanket (or any knee cushion/padding if needed)…and any other yoga props you have/love (bolsters, blocks, etc.)! Modifications will be provided.

Private Yoga

PRIVATES EVENTS & RETREATS

Yoga is a great addition to a variety of events! Adrienne is an experienced yoga teacher who is capable of curating the perfect yoga vibe for your retreat, event, or small group gathering. She gives options in every class to accommodate different physical abilities and can offer a more gentle or rigorous practice based on what you want your attendees to experience. She can also guide meditation and breathwork.
