Working 1-on-1 with a professional is a great way to dive deeper into your specific needs and work toward your individual goals while receiving support and accountability. I'm grateful for your interest in working with me to attain your goals!

Sessions are offered virtually through Zoom, or if you're located in North County, San Diego, I offer private sessions at my home in Valley Center, CA.

 

Your needs, abilities, and goals will determine what the session involves, but here are some things we can focus on:

  • sustainable and safe exercises for hypermobility, pain, or injury

 

  • personalized resistance band, kettlebell, or dumbbell workout programs to get stronger n' more mobile, using whatever you have at home

  • individualized therapeutic yoga practices + personal modification and support​

  • mindfulness exercises to reduce stress and improve quality of life

  • mindset practices to improve your self-perception of your body, your movement practices, your health, and yourself

  • helpful strategies to implement to better manage stress and improve overall wellbeing

1st session (60-75-minutes): $110*

60-minute sessions

Single session: $85

4-Class Pack - $305 - expires 2 months after purchase

8-Class Pack - $610 - expires 3 months after purchase

30-minute sessions

Single session: $65

4-Class Pack: $235 - expires 2 months after purchase

8-Class Pack: $468 - expires 4 months after purchase
