Yoga with Adrienne at Be_Fit
TUESDAYS - 5:30-6:30 PM - GENTLE HATHA YOGA
All levels gentle yoga class. This class is mostly seated postures but may include a few standing postures. Focus on deep stretches, mobility, and the breath.
THURSDAYS - 5:30-6:30 PM - CORE & RESTORE
A slower, core focused class, integrated with restorative, gentle stretches and lots of deep breath. The motto for this class tends to be "slow is strong." Slow, but still expect to sweat ;)
SUNDAYS - 9:30-10:45 AM - ALIGN & FLOW YOGA
This class focuses on a specific theme throughout the month. This gives you a chance to deepen your practice and knowledge of yoga and the poses. An all levels class that is challenging yet accessible.
**ALL CLASSES HAVE A VIRTUAL OPTION TOO, ON ZOOM!**
When you sign up for class, you will see two options for the same class time. CHOOSE THE "VIRTUAL" CLASS OPTION FOR ZOOM, OR CHOOSE THE REGULAR CLASS PTION TO PRACTICE IN THE STUDIO. If you register for the online option, you will receive a Zoom link to join in your email from me.
