weekly yoga schedule

I teach classes at two different studios in San Diego. Be_Fitness Studios in Escondido, and AwareWolf SD in Old Town, San Diego. *Be_Fitness classes have moved to ZOOM due to COVID, in-person classes will resume when safe. *AwareWolf SD holds in-person yoga (and more!) classes on a beautiful rooftop. TUESDAYS

GENTLE FLOW YOGA

5:30-6:30PM

through Be_Fitness Studios

This is an all-levels class that is mostly seated postures but may include a few standing postures. ​Focus on deep stretches, mobility, and the breath. On ZOOM through Jan. 2021.

CORE & RESTORE

5:30-6:30PM 

through Be_Fitness Studios

A slower, core focused class, integrated with restorative, gentle stretches and lots of deep breath. The motto for this class tends to be "slow is strong." On ZOOM through Jan. 2020

A creative & therapeutic flow designed to bring balance to the body mind through holding poses. You will leave feeling a deep sense of awareness. Sign up for class through MindBody.

This class focuses on a specific theme throughout the month. This gives you a chance to deepen your practice and knowledge of yoga and the poses. An all levels class that is challenging yet accessible. On ZOOM through Jan. 2020

This is a gentle & nourishing class designed to help your body and nervous system slow down. You'll be spending significant time in each posture, allowing the body to truly settle, and allowing the mind to settle with it. Sign up for class through Mindbody.
