Personal Training
Adrienne tailors each session to your personal needs. She combines yoga, strength and resistance training, mobility work, and therapeutic exercises based on your goals. She often works with people who are hypermobile or struggle with chronic pain. She is wonderful at modifying or progressing exercises to meet you where you're at. Lioness Moves Training
60 minutes
$85 - 1st consult session
Every session after is offered on a sliding scale between $60 and $85, depending on what you can pay.
In-person and online appointments are available. In-person training takes place at my in-home gym. Online training is done through Zoom. Please contact me to book an appointment.
In-person personal training hours are limited to:
Tuesdays - 9:30-12:00 PM
Thursdays - 9:30-1:30 PM
Online personal training hours are more flexible.
