Part 1 of The Deep Dive Series:
Move to the Primal Beat
Sunday, July 27th
10:00-11:15 AM
Let your instinct lead the way in this energizing and playful session. Move through a yoga & mobility flow inspired by primal movement patterns that’s both grounded and freeing. Set to a jungle house playlist, you move to the beat of the drums as you explore and express in ways that feel strong and fun!
Expect a dynamic warm-up to awaken & prep your body, primal-inspired flows with creative transitions for a challenging, yet wildly fun practice, and a juicy cool-down to decompress and reconnect before savasana. All set to deep jungle house beats to guide your movement—dancing not required, but encouraged—stay for complimentary light refreshments and community connection after class.
*This class will be sweaty, fun, and challenging. Modifications will be offered; however, a moderate level of fitness or yoga experience would be helpful. Expect some wrist-heavy movements (think plank and crawling), so taking breaks or making adjustments is encouraged as needed.

Part 2 of The Deep Dive Series:
Flow in the Frequency

This feel-good, fluid flow is all about tuning into your natural rhythm and moving with a sense of resilience and ease. Focused on playing with spirals and waves, this class will unlock your spine, release tension, and have you feeling refreshed and radiant. Set to a breezy, uplifting tropical house playlist, this workshop blends fluid yoga sequences with mobility-based movements to help you move with the grace and strength of the ocean. Expect a slow yet energizing warm-up to activate the core and mobilize the spine. The yoga sequences will emphasize spiraling movement patterns and wave-like undulations, followed by a deep stretch release for the hips and shoulders, culminating in a restful savasana. Deep tropical house vibes will guide you through this class, helping you drop into a state of flow. Complimentary light refreshments and community connection after class.
*This class is accessible for most levels, though some basic yoga or movement experience is helpful. Expect lots of spinal mobility and twisting, with variations given so you can adjust for your own body and practice.

Part 3 of The Deep Dive Series:
Rooted in Rhythm

As summer fades, Rooted in Rhythm invites you to ground and reset as we shift into another season. Held the day before the fall equinox, this workshop is designed to help you pause, reflect, and move through the transition with steadiness and intention. Expect a grounding warm-up to center your awareness & get into your body, followed by a slow and steady flow focused on finding balance and opening the hips & thoracic spine. We'll conclude with pranayama, or breath practice, to balance your energies and ground yourself through this seasonal transition before savasana. A melodic deep house soundtrack will inform your rhythm and allow you to feel into your body. There will be complimentary light refreshments & community connection after class
*This class is suitable for most levels, though some yoga or fitness experience is helpful.
