Let's start simple.
When you have awareness of your body and how it moves, you can feel more confident, capable, and resilient going about your everyday activities.
But with all the wellness trends out there, how do you know which one is the "right" one?
I'll tell you a secret: Health isn't found in fancy clothes, or high-end detoxes, or expensive spa treatments. You don't need to bend yourself into a pretzel in a yoga class, or do high-impact workouts if they hurt you, just because you think you "should."
I bet all you really want, is to just feel stronger and more competent, right? Don't you just want to be able to do the things you love, without pain?
Well, that's where I come in.
Let's have a quick chat about your control center, the nervous system (NS).
Pain is your nervous system's way of communicating that something is "off." It's a signal, and it takes practice to notice, listen, and adjust. The good news is, you can be proactive by nurturing the relationship you have with your NS (and find enjoyment in the journey).

Well, that's why I do what I do! Therapeutic massage and mindful, functional movement promote a healthy nervous system and longevity for the body + mind. So YOU can continue to do the things you love and live your life with less pain.
