The Lioness Touch
take pride in your health.
Hey, I'm Adrienne...
and I believe health should be accessible, inclusive, simple and intuitive.
I'm here to empower people to cultivate a healthier relationship with their bodies.
You may think that taking care of your body or health has to be a chore. Maybe right now, it's just another thing you have to check off on your to-do list.
But what if I told you that your health journey could be full of curiosity and play? Because it absolutely can.
It's time to treat your body like the dear friend it is, not as your enemy. Your body loves you, and it is time you loved it back.

Let's start simple.
When you have awareness of your body and how it moves, you can feel more confident, capable, and resilient going about your everyday activities.
But with all the wellness trends out there, how do you know which one is the "right" one?
I'll tell you a secret: Health isn't found in fancy clothes, or high-end detoxes, or expensive spa treatments. You don't need to bend yourself into a pretzel in a yoga class, or do high-impact workouts if they hurt you, just because you think you "should."
I bet all you really want, is to just feel stronger and more competent, right? Don't you just want to be able to do the things you love, without pain?
Well, that's where I come in.
Let's have a quick chat about your control center, the nervous system (NS).
Pain is your nervous system's way of communicating that something is "off." It's a signal, and it takes practice to notice, listen, and adjust. The good news is, you can be proactive by nurturing the relationship you have with your NS (and find enjoyment in the journey).
You might be thinking, "How do I do that?!"
Well, that's why I do what I do! Therapeutic massage and mindful, functional movement promote a healthy nervous system and longevity for the body + mind. So YOU can continue to do the things you love and live your life with less pain.
Whether you want to work with me as a massage client or as yoga student (or both!), the fundamental intention stays the same: to help you create a more kind, loving conversation between you and your body.
Life is too short to battle your body or beat yourself up.
So, are you ready to change the narrative you have around your body and create a positive relationship with yourself? YES?
